The room was both soundproof and spotless with comfy bed, a bath and tea/coffee. The breakfast was delicious and excellent with good coffee, great alsacian cakes and cooked dishes, and the restaurant's offer was fresh.

hotel is centrally located near Place Kleber, on the border between Petite France and French Quarter, is particularly impressive for its stylishly renovated half-timbered houses along the Ill Channels. From there you can easily explore the whole city centre with its most beautiful districts. Those who arrive by car should have a good navigation system and park in the Place Kleber underground car park. Then, parking costs - if one shows the ticket in the Maison Rouge - only 18 euros instead of 44, for one day. It is just under 50 meters from the underground car park to the hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful old house (Wilhelminian style?) And was recently brought up to date in terms of technology and interior. It's on a street with tram traffic, but the windows are brand new and soundproof, so you can sleep well. . The rooms are all top renovated, the bathrooms are brand new and well equipped with glass showers, additional illuminated magnifying mirrors and bathroom utensils from Clarins. The breakfast with fresh orange juice, buffet with sausage / cheese / eggs / bacon, French patisserie, wonderfully crispy baguette / bread / rolls and various types of coffee from WMF fully automatic machines for self-service was delicious, extensive and reasonable for the price of 18 euros.
The parking situation should be better mentioned in the hotel description. Only after I wanted to reserve a parking space at the hotel in writing was I advised to park in the Place Kleber car park. But I was not informed in writing that the parking would then cost me only 18 instead of 44 euros.

I loved the quiet location and enjoyed the comfortable beds! The breakfast had fresh fruit and croissants, but I wish the parking situation was clearer beforehand 😕

Comfortable beds, very clean, nicely furnished room with minibar and Nespresso coffee machine and Nespresso capsules. Bathroom is equipped with all necessary utensils.
The booked parking lot could not be approached due to road closures due to precautionary measures (Christmas market); a little too much electronics in the room, that is, motion detectors set too sharply - lights up a few times at night when turning over in bed; The shutters were shut down in the evening by the staff, we couldn't open them when we came late because there was nowhere to find information on how to do this, and we couldn't find a counter. One of the remote controls, which was next to it on the bedside table, no longer had batteries. At breakfast the staff was very friendly and helpful, but clearly overwhelmed by the crowds of guests at the buffet. Croissants definitely not made by the baker and scrambled eggs too quickly, much too fluid.

Let's talk about what really matters
This hotel shines with its really good location right in the heart of the city. The ambiance is cute, complemented by fantastic service from the staff, particularly in the breakfast area. While the room was beautifully appointed, a few minor issues like inconsistent air conditioning need attention. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to return!

Had a hard time realizing where to park but once we did it was wonderful to walk up and find ourselves in the center of the gorgeous town square and feet from the hotel. The room, breakfast and the whole experience was lovely.

Friendly and cute staff.
My partner and I were quite disappointed . The spa was very tiny and we were frustrated to find it was fully booked . The location was near noisy trains, hard to enjoy our time in the room. We also felt the breakfast lacked variety, leaving us wanting something more satisfying each morning.
